Aaron Mielke, Owner
Hi, I’m Aaron, owner of Plumbrite Services. I started Plumbrite in 2020 with a simple goal: bring service back to the plumbing industry and treat every customer the way I would want to be treated.
I got my start in construction at 13, working alongside my dad on remodeling projects and even helping build a home. That early hands-on experience is what sparked my passion for the trades and set me on this path.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of roles, including municipal plumbing where I operated CCTV equipment and installed sewer liners on large-scale systems. I also spent time working with the City of Avondale Water Department and as a mechanic, which helped shape the way I approach problem solving today.
At the end of the day, Plumbrite is about people. I’m incredibly proud of the team we’ve built and the way we take care of our customers. We’re not here for quick fixes. We’re here to do things the right way.
Family is everything to me. I’m a proud girl dad and love spending time with my wife and daughter. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me building something, hiking, camping, or at a car show.
I’m grateful for how far Plumbrite has come and excited about what’s ahead, while staying true to the values that got us here.
Samantha Crane, Office Manager
Hi, I’m Samantha. I bring over 20 years of experience in office operations, administrative support, and customer service, as well as the past 2½ years managing operations for our residential and commercial plumbing team.
I take pride in making sure every call is answered quickly, schedules run smoothly, and our plumbers arrive on time. Clear communication is important to me, and I treat every homeowner like family, so you can feel confident your plumbing needs are in good hands.
Chris Wiley, Technician
Hey there, I’m Chris. I’m 39 and have been plumbing for about two years now. Before that, I worked in the tire industry, but I was looking for something more mentally stimulating. I met Aaron at a small business cornhole tournament, and he offered me the opportunity to join what I believe is the best plumbing company in the Valley.
I take a lot of pride in what I do and enjoy solving problems for our customers every day. This team truly feels like a second family, and I’m very fortunate to be part of a great, family-owned company here in Arizona.
In my spare time, I love watching Seattle sports and going to games whenever I can. Spending time with my family is also really important to me. I look forward to meeting you and helping solve your plumbing issues.
Austin LaRue, Technician
Hello, I’m Austin. I bring over 12 years of experience solving a wide range of problems, including 6 years in military aircraft maintenance and 6 years in residential construction and plumbing.
I’m passionate about my work and the clients I serve. Plumbrite is my second family, and we treat our customers like an extension of that. Our whole team is committed to being the most trusted plumbers in the Valley.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me cheering on my favorite teams (Seahawks and Mariners), spending time with my beautiful wife and baby boy, serving in my church, or getting together with friends and family for events and games.
Tyler Glasscock, Technician
Hi, I’m Tyler. I’ve been plumbing for about 6 years, and one of the things I enjoy most about this work is getting to serve the community and connect with people along the way.
Plumbrite has given me the opportunity to do exactly that. Being part of a team that takes pride in helping others and doing things the right way means a lot to me.
A big part of why I do what I do is my family. I’m married with a young daughter, and providing a good life for them is what drives me every day.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me watching movies or TV, getting out on the golf course, or spending time with my family.
